How to share my server password with HostingRaja Technical Team

We give utmost important to security, that’s why we have come up with a system where your confidential information will be encrypted and stored. This encrypted information will disappear from the server when the ticket is closed. Please follow up below steps to share the password. Do not share your password in normal ticket reply.

How to provide server password when raising ticket?

1. Login to your client area. https://www.hostingraja.in/login/clientarea.php
2. Click on “Support Ticket” in the top of the page.
3. Click on “New Ticket +” symbol in coming page.
4. Fill up all other details and enter your password/all your credentials in “If you want to share password please enter here:” See the screenshot below
5. The credential which you are giving in the above box will be encrypted and stored, it will be destroyed in 24 hours (or) when ticket is closed

How to provide server password after raised ticket/update on existing ticket?

1. Login to your client area. https://www.hostingraja.in/login/clientarea.php
2. Click on “Support Ticket” in the top of the page.
3. Click on the ticket on which you want to share your password listed over there.
4. Scroll doww to bottom of ticket detail page and the enter your message and provide the server credentials on the “If you want to share password please enter here: ” input box. See the screenshot below
5. The credential which you are giving in the above box will be encrypted and stored, it will be destroyed in 24 hours (or) when ticket is closed
